First Undocumented Immigrant '[bleep]ing Finally' Allowed To Practice Law In New York

The courts in New York have allowed an undocumented immigrant to practice law for the first time.

Cesar Vargas, a leading voice in the immigrant rights movement, received the OK to practice his profession in a decision handed down Wednesday by a New York appeals court.

"We find that the undocumented status of an individual applicant does not, alone, suggest that the applicant is not possessed of the qualities that enable attorneys to vigorously defend their client's interests within the bounds of the law," the ruling says, "nor does it suggest that the applicant cannot protect, as an officer of the court, the rule of law and the administration of justice."

Vargas, 31, expressed his excitement in a tweet.

Tick-tocking right to another revolution.

I would love to see President Cruz order the arrest and immediate deportation of this clown on January 20, 2017.

I can see a murderer hiring this guy. He can argue how the laws don’t apply to said murderer just like the immigration laws don’t apply to him.

This already happened in California.

The notion that a non-citizen, non-immigrant alien can be an officer of a court created by the citizenry is beyond me.

It simply shows that the government now believes it exists above the citizens and is a power in its own right, needing no “consent of the governed”.

There’s a word for that: tyranny.

Who would WANT an ‘undocumented’ person to represent them?

So the court allowed a certified criminal, violating the Constitution, to become an officer of the court. Madness runs rampant.

Unbelievable. So citizenship is now “bigotry.”

Only doing the jobs Americans won’t. :)

If I was an illegal alien in 2015, I’d be laughing and flipping everyone the bird too. :)

I wonder what is going to happen when some illegal starts to out-primary some established lib who’s been in his/her seat for 30 years.

This just in. Cesar was arrested with attempting to bribe the DA.

Since you seem to think F-bombs make you cool, try this:

F off and get the F out of my country.

"We find that the undocumented status of an individual applicant does not, alone, suggest that the applicant is not possessed of the qualities that enable attorneys to vigorously defend their client's interests within the bounds of the law,"

This same argument can theoretically be applied to someone who understands the law due to a concerted effort of self-study and immersion, but has never gone to law school. Slippery slope.

"...within the bounds of the law,"

How 'bout their presence here is not 'within the bounds of the law'?

Hi. I am a lawyer. If you need a lawyer let know. I did not go to law school and I did not pass the bar, but I am a lawyer nonetheless. I am also a Pope. If I can convince enough suckers to believe that, I will be on easy street. I sure like them hats and that popemobile.
