Would the assassination of media lefties be considered “civil disobedience”?

I like the way you think. That propaganda weapon is why everything is going to h3ll now.

An America that has become so sick and evil to morally and legally equate two perverted homos as the same as a husband-and-wife is an America that I will happily see ground to dust.

I second the motion. What this nation most desperately needs is a huge does of misery. Only then will people realize the folly of their ways.

Fortunately, their behavior is guaranteed to bring it. The rest of us just need to keep out of it's way.

Thus has it been always.

Despite his flaws, I guess old Tom has still got some fight left in him.

Could you list his flaws?

I just meant the compromised position he was put in with the legal troubles and being forced to resign his position as Majority Whip. I’m not saying I agree with the charges. I don’t know the details or whether they were entirely fabricated. I have always liked Tom Delay. He was one of our most articulate consistently conservative voices.

I’d support any and every kind of civil disobedience.

Give 'em a taste of "Irish democracy" if you know what I mean. I'd throw in some uncivil disobedience as well.

Is Newsmax the same company that donated to the Clinton Foundation?

You know I hadn’t followed it but I’m not surprised. It is a shame that his enemies still got what they wanted in that underhanded process and we lost a great Conservative advocate in the House. Thank you for the info.

Sigh- really Tom? Gay marriage has been spreading in the states since 2005. What has been done to stop it up until now? All the states that had their gay marriage bans overturned by courts buckled under. What’s left? Just buckling under again.
Truth is, most Americans don’t care.

I’m anxious to see what Judge Roy Moore in Alabama will do when Anthony Kennedy says the State of Alabama has to “marry” sodomites. Should be interesting.

Same Newsmax. They donated to the Clinton Foundation the same way Rupurt Murdoch who owns Fox News donated to the Clintons.

Tecnicaly yes it can be. States are under no obligation to lift a finger to enforce the edicts of the oligarchs on the court. Particularity when those edicts overturn law as written and practiced for hundreds of years.

Only the friends of tyranny could call that justice, much less Constitutional order when the nature of law can be changed on a bench after hundreds of years of practice in the other direction.

Law making is the work of a legislator not a judge. To allow judgest to issue such broad edicts in total contradiction with hundreds of years of practice in addition to the clear wording(or lack there of in power) of the Text of the law is to invite dictatorship not just or rule of law, but rather rule of men in black robes.

Rule so blatantly corrupt and open that they ignore even their own previous edicts in the interest of imposing their lawless will upon what was once a free people and nation of laws.

Your description of the current kritarchy we live under is absolutely spot on. Unfortunately, our Congress does nothinga about it.

0bama has ignored the laws because there’s actually nothing congress can do to him... once they rule out impeachment (a fancy word for being fired). it’s up to the DoJ (and DoD in some cases) to actively enforce penalties. since the DoJ won’t do anything against 0bama... congress is pointless.

as for the states, they can ignore the laws as well... except 0bama will then sic the DoJ on them and pull them thru federal court. of course there’s no real penalty as you can’t put a state in prison. the feds could remove federal funding... which the states should do themselves anyhow.

i’m still wondering why we pay for congress... since their passing of laws means jack squat when 0bama can ignore or enforce whatever he sees fit.

Would that it were, as John Kerry would say, but I bet most people will shrug and give in.
