Just like the guys who stuff individual frames of South Park in the threads...

Before the procedure there are two live humans. After the procedure, if it works as intended, there is one live person and one dead. So the procedure murders one.

There is no way out of this.

They will counter with this: “we will get a head from someone who has just died, freeze it, and wait for someone who is terminal “

Wrong. Death is that which is irreversible. They will not take a dead head but a live one. I’m right.

Just wondering. Since gender is nothing but a continuum, and a social construct, then it’ll be Ok to take a male head and graft it on a female body, or vice versa, eh? Gender doesn’t really exist. It’s really just something we are conditioned to, eh?

Bull$h!t, of course.

Not to quibble, but isn’t that more of a body transplant?

A brain transplant from a woman might work but, with any luck, it would be from a woman who was mentally tortured even after (she) was transgendered into a man.
