It’s pretty clear he’s a Devil Wears Prada, Nanny Diaries type of boss. You can detect it by the way he talks to and about them on the air, even. He probably makes them sign something promising not to talk or write about him publicly once they leave.

I'm guessing he has a long acceptance agreement for anyone who works for him, not because he is smart, but out of experience. However, I would never question his knowledge of orchids from Tahiti, or spaghetti recipes.
