Christians are actually supporting this, while eventually it will be used with 10x the force against Christians. Sad that so many are so gullible.
There is ample precedent for NOT burying unrepentant sinners,that usually means suicides, in holy ground. The islamics in Africa and the Middle East have desecrated many Christian graves which is far worse than simply refusing to honor another islamic terrorist.
