Those of you bemoaning a 92% perfection, I assume, are anxious to confiscate more money from society to improve that rate.
Would you state an upper limit to how much of people’s wealth you’d take in your goal?
I don’t think anyone here is bemoaning 92% perfection. Certainly not me. I think the police department, as a whole, responded extremely well to this difficult situation.
I’m not criticizing the police department for their response. I’m criticizing the one officer for his response - which was most certainly not 92% perfect - and suggesting that he did not demonstrate the professionalism that policing demands.
It is not at all inconsistent to say that “the police” responded well, while at the same time saying that “that one officer” did not.
