What does Obama’s BFF Chris the Rhino Christie have to say about this?
The restraining order didn’t protect her?? How is this possible?
//sarcasm
Good news for Wisconsin...

Too bad she didn’t get a gun from a friend or family member. It would have made a great case to challenge NJs draconian anti-gun laws if they had arrested her for protecting her own life.
Should try to sue Berlin Township Police Chief Leonard and Berlin Township in civil court for gross negligence as an accessory to murder.
If I were her family I would.
As an unfortunate resident of this increasingly leftist cesspool, I can assure you they would have thrown the book at her and whomever gave her a gun, and it would have taken them a lot less than 30 days to do it.
Yeah, Walker has come a long way since he wrote a Gun Control bill when he was in the legislature. Position shift to Presidential run?
All this focus on handguns. An AR-15 was out of the Question? Especially at home.
Wouldn’t have done her any good. Her ex got her as she was exiting her car. She can’t legally have a loaded and operable gun at that point, in NJ, period.
Someone list out all the anti2nd amendment laws chrispy chreme signed into law.
Then contrast with his claim to be very pro-2nd amendment.
but most people are sheeple....they'll follow "orders" even if it endangers their lives or the lives of their loved ones....
shame on the police for not even allowing this woman to defend herself...
You probably have to jump through even more hoops to get an “assault rifle” in NJ.
“Her ex got her as she was exiting her car. She cant legally have a loaded and operable gun at that point, in NJ, period.”
And her ex can’t legally stab her with a knife at that point either. Period.
Heck, he couldn't even legally be on her property, "period." ;)
I was just noting that even if the NJ gun law had been followed, that is, if she'd been granted the firearm purchase permit she'd applied for, NJ law still would rather see her dead than use the gun for self defense.
Victim Disarmed by New Jersey Judges. (the federal courts are just as bad)
Police Chief Leonard Check seems to be an accessory after the fact...
As you have noted, the lies that claim to be based on Miller prove that to any who can read.
Very sad outcome.
If she was able to carry a gun, somebody might get hurt or a toddler would pick it up and shoot somebody, or something awful unsafe like that. It’s better to call 911 and let the cops handle problems like this. Oh, wait...
