They have great prices and the meats are very good and reasonably priced. Wish they would open stores in Phoenix.

I like Aldi for some things but have been wary of the meat. Not sure whether that’s justified or not.

I love Aldi, I buy at least 50% of my groceries there, usually the price beats all but the very best sales (the types where they limit quantities.) at the other stores,
But except for when the meat is getting close to sell-by and gets discounted, i find it never is as cheap as the Walmart.
Whole turkeys for thanksgiving. Aldis was $1.19/lb, Walmart had them for $0.88/lb
Ground beef is also cheaper at Walmart, and they have a taco or Italian ground turkey 1lb frozen tubes for $1.50 at Walmart, nothing anywhere is ever near that price. Very good in spaghetti.

But my wife loves cheese, and I love pizza and the 1lb bags for 2.99 at Aldis are the best deal in the store. It keeps us out of the poorhouse.
