Biker arrested in Waco Twin Peaks shooting speaks
KXAN-TV Austin ^ | June 12, 2015

WACO, Texas (NBC) — We are getting a new perspective about what happened the day rival biker gangs shot each other at a Twin Peaks in Waco.

“Me and my other friend had been inside, and we got something to drink, and we came and sat down, and we were looking at menus, and then it happened,” said Kevin Rash. “I mean that quickly, and we scurried inside and started getting employees into the coolers and stuff.”

Rash just got out of jail and is now talking about what he saw that day in Waco. Rash was inside the Twin Peaks restaurant where an argument first started before the shooting moved to the parking lot. Last week, prosecutors described videos of the shooting where members of the Cossacks lined up on the Twin Peaks patio waiting for trouble. Rash says that’s not how it went down.

“There was a few guys hanging out there, but it wasn’t like anybody was lined up waiting for anything,” he said.

Rash says the only lineup was the people who were arrested. He’s one of the 170 taken to jail that day. Rash is a member of the Bogateers, a support club for the Cossacks motorcycle gang involved in the shooting.

Yes, but RICO is very difficult to prosecute.

No one with any objectivity at all would believe that those arrested are somehow all connected in a crime that could be prosecuted under RICO.

Bottom line Waco is using RICO because they have no probable cause for the arrests, the confiscations and absolutely no chance of defending the unconstitutional bail amounts.

In fact if you look at RICO laws you could just as easily conclude, the WACO PD and the judge that set the bail were in violation of RICO statutes.

You call ALR or Patriot Guard riders “gangs” ...

Any biker group that tries to enforce that asinine 'no pass' rule of yours is a gang...plain and simple.

As long as the Mods and Big Guy seem to not notice, “FR is inching ever so slowly down the drain with the proliferation of pro-criminal gang threads and posters defending criminal gangs and their activities” the inching is speeding up with the circular spin down into the drain.

Be prepared for personal threats and intimidation tactics practiced by the gang sympathizing poster’s gang heros when you speak against the pro gang tone.

Akin to the tsunami of pro Ron Paul slimers, that were eventually thwarted, hopeful FR survives this latest forum take over attempt by covert anti-Constitutional criminal biker gang apologists.

Not from Arizona but another site ...

First, calling a collective of motorcycle riders a 'gang' is taken as an insult by any organized group of riders. Whether the collective are friends that have adopted some unifying banner/logo for a "social" club or an outlaw (1%) club...the term is still 'Club' no matter where in the world you ride.

2nd. No group of riders, particularly ones that ride in formation and are familiar with the riders in their group want to have their formation interrupted by unknown/unfamiliar/unaffiliated guests. If you've ever ridden with a large group in formation, there's a lot of responsibility/effort to keep the group together. Well executed turns and lane changes are calculated in terms of miles rather than yards/feet, stopping a large group safely requires keen awareness by each rider in that group. Disrupting their efforts with sudden or erratic maneuvers will generally not be met with favor. The best advice is don't pull out in front of them if you think they will need to brake to avoid hitting you. IF they are coming up behind you, change lanes and let them pass. If you are coming up behind them, either slow and maintain a safe braking distance, or pass if you can safely pass the entire group. This is just good etiquette. Riding too closely behind, or along side for too long is not a good idea simply because it throws off the groups ability to maneuver or stop safely, cutting into the group will likely draw ire from the group.

The Arizona advise went on to say that it is better just to pull over and have a cup of coffee and let the group go than chance a problem happening.

"So, basically, if you support the constitution, you have to support the rights of drug-dealing criminal gangs to receive due process of law.. And if you don't support the rights of drug-dealing criminal gangs to receive due process of law., then you don't support the constitution."
There, Ethan. I helpfully corrected your sentences for you! Hope that helps heaps!
