Irrespective of all that, it's about time something was done to balance out the flood of over 11 million Mexican illegals who keep swarming into this country and illegally vote for the Democrats, not to mention their American born children(and these guys bred like crazy) voting Democratic as well. I could find myself supporting a properly constituted H1B program for PH D’s in science from Eastern European countries like Poland , Hungary, The Czech Republic etc for example.

Make the law such that the H-1B Visa holders must be paid in the 95th percentile of their field in a nationwide average. If they are “highly skilled”, they should be highly paid.

The H1-B program would die almost instantly.
