Donald J. Trump, the billionaire real estate mogul, on Tuesday will release a summary of assets that total about $9 billion as part of his likely entry into the race for the Republican presidential nomination, according to people familiar with his plans.

The two-page document — to be published after he holds a political rally at Trump Tower in New York — will provide a valuation of his hotels and other properties. It also will show hundreds of millions in cash on hand and an outline of his debts, these people said.

I don't like Donald Trump but he's got a few things going for him this cycle.

He's adamantly and unequivocally opposed to further immigration, would enforce current laws with an expansion of E-verify...opposed to TPA/TPP...seems to love America as much as himself...

And, it appears, he can't be bought.

An American Nationalist.

Show us what you got Mr. Trump.

How do you know? This is the same guy who promised blockbuster news about Obama's birth certificate. Apparently that's in the same place as Hillary's email server. How can you trust anything he says?

He will never run, he does not want the job, he is just doing this for the publicity and to put more cash in the bank. He is taking everyone for fools.

"The answer is very simple: Because of the fact that China so manipulates their currency it makes it almost impossible for American companies to compete," Trump told ABC News.

"You see it with all of the items you are talking about. You also see it with building products. If it continues this way, America won't have any jobs, except for taking care of the elderly."

"Nice excuse to ship away jobs for greed".

I was highlighting that very point.

But the way I read the mood of the country, I think he's got a shot.

No, I mean Trump’s excuse. He’s guilty of it. All his posturing is nonsense.

This article puts him in front of Walker, Rubio, Bush and Cruz in my book.

What exactly put him ahead of everyone. He spent 2011/12 shilling for Obama. Pretending to have some big announcement about the birth certificate, then not delivering it. He made Obama critics look ridiculous while distracting from the real scandals. He’s just a TV Kardashian. He thinks all Republicans are morons and he makes money off using them.

I welcome his entry. I am ambivalent on whether or not he would make a good President, but I know that he would/will be infinitely better than the Kenyan we have now. He is guaranteed to enhance the primary process, and raise issues that no one else will. I really believe that he genuinely loves the USA, as much as obama hates it. I am still a Cruz supporter first.

Better than the Kenyan is a mighty low bar.

Why would you believe someone who consistently donates to Democrats?

9 billion in assets and 11 billion in liabilities?

I like Trump, but not as a president.

Not that it matters.

Trump 1999:

TRUMP: Well, look, I’m very pro-choice. I hate the concept of abortion. I hate it. I hate everything it stands for. I cringe when I listen to people debating the subject. But you still — I just believe in choice.
RUSSERT: But you would not ban it?
TRUMP: No.

Trump 2011:

GUTHRIE: Is there a right to privacy in the Constitution?
TRUMP: I guess there is. I guess there is.
GUTHRIE: So, how does that –
TRUMP: Why do you — why just out of curiosity, why do you ask that question?
GUTHRIE: Well, I’m just — wondering how that squares with your pro-life views.
TRUMP: Well, I don’t — it’s a pretty strange way of getting to pro-life. I mean, it’s a very unique way of asking about pro-life. Why are you — what does that have to do with privacy? How are you — how are you equating pro-life with privacy?
GUTHRIE: Well, you know, about the Roe v. Wade decision.
TRUMP: Yes, right, sure. Look, I’m for pro-life — I am pro-life. I’ve said it.

Is he a just a RINO phony, or some kind of retard?

Wow...it's hard to believe but Obama may actually know more about the Constitution than Trump...

Very telling exchange..

He doesn’t know why he is “pro-life”. This means that when push comes to shove, he will take the path of least resistance. He will fold, just like all the other Rinos. He is all pride and bluster, a self satisfied man of the world.
