I've never seen "Storm" as a surname period outside of a stage name. Roof could be Dutch with the "two o's", but could just as easily be English (Rolfe or Roof) or German (as Ruff) as well with a spelling change.

All I have on it is “Rory Storm and the Hurricanes”. The band Ringo left to join the Beatles. I’d say that kid has a Beatle haircut. FWIW.
