So now we’re faced with the TPP deal that has been secret. All those people that said don’t worry ... your time is here.
The TPP is already non compliant with TPA. The Congress was not able to set the parameters that the President negotiated under and Congress was also not involved in the negotiations as TPA requires.
At least as soon as TPP is complete, we will get 60 days to review it and contact our Reps and Senators, something we would not have gotten without TPA.
