Right now it’s not an agreement at all, Ted.

And a very strong bipartisan cross section of the country prefers that it remain not an agreement.

Do you believe in government representing the people, or in government representing your wife’s very lucrative employment?

Pick one, and only one.

ANYONE who votes for this is dead to me.

ANYONE.

Only the vilest of traitors could support this, no matter what they say or do otherwise, they can rot in hell.

And, regardless, no trade agreement can change U.S. law; only Congress can change U.S. law.

Does the president know that Senator? The ObamaCare law has been changed, delayed, ignored dozens of times, by this president and no one in either House has done one thing to prevent it.

More Boilerplate Talking points.

Tell us SoCon, what do YOU really think of TPP?

Can you guarantee that it will be beneficial to the United States as whole and to us lowly American Citizens as individuals?

Or does it sell us down the river to the Chinese and every other country that signed it?

Do you actually believe that Obama negotiated a treaty that benefits the United States?

But most are not going to take the time to read what’s going on.

Here is the issue: 2010 and 2014 were about taking power AWAY from obola. They were about STOPPING him when ever possible, no matter what.

And yet, here we are, looking at the fact that the very Congress elected to STOP obola, is bending over backwards, if not to give him more power, to at least give him quite a bit a leeway in negotiating trade deals. That is NOT stopping obola. That is letting him do, more or less, as he pleases. THIS is why many of us are extremely upset about this.

We elected the current Congress to STOP him. This is NOT stopping him.

This press release is so full of misstatements that one is compelled to reassess support for Ted Cruz, and I can think of a no more painful undertaking.

+1

re: Obama administration similar to Chicago..

..Corruption is tolerated and overlooked, and in a certain sense expected and required for those seeking to advance in City government. Anyone who votes against the Mayor, or tries to fight corruption, or seems too clean to trust finds themselves shut out. .....

Sums up our House of Representatives pretty well... vote against Boehner and lost your committee membership..

The administration is attempting to recast the United States Congress into a national version of the Chicago City Council, with the President playing the part of the Mayor.

There was a great TV series that lasted one season called Chicago Code, I think it is on NetFlix. My guess is it was a little close to reality, so it had to go.

I do find it interesting that India and China are the biggest drain on USA jobs . . .

The biggest drain on American jobs are American leftists.

It's breaking my heart, really. I want to vote for Cruz. I've wanted to for quite some time. At the same time, I can no longer just hold my nose and vote for the lesser evil. I love my Country far too much to do so any longer. What Cruz is failing to understand is that the current Congress was elected to STOP obola, every single time. This is NOT stopping obola, one bit. I don't rightly care how wrong the myths are, voting to give obola 'Fast Track' authority to negotiate these deals is NOT voting to stop him. REAL CONSERVATIVES(tm) want obola stopped, period. We don't want him slowed. We don't want him politically impaired. WE WANT HIM STOPPED.

This does NOT stop obola.

I believe that Cruz has released this info on his website today to set the table for him to personally REJECT this Agreement, if and when it ever limps to the floor for a vote.

Conservatives are outraged. Cruz knows it. Jeff Sessions is not a dunce, nor a “chicken little”. While Obama is in office, conservatives are going to stick with Sessions, who has no ambition and is not running for office, beholden to nobody, least of all donors.

“In case of real doubt, ....”Don’t”. ( A very old saying.)

Does the United States give up Sovereignty by entering into TPP? No. Nothing in the agreement forces Congress to change any law.

While this is technically correct (it does not FORCE congress to change laws) it results in the loss of sovereignty.

Last week congress voted to remove country of origin labels from meat following a WTO ruling courtesy of NAFTA. This was done to prevent trade sanctions. The Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act, which repealed restrictions between commercial and investment banking (Glass–Steagall Act), turning the entire industry into a Wall street casino was also necessary for NAFTA compliance.

Free trade "treaties" are a direct assault against our sovereignty.

The good news ,if there is any, is that many repbulicrat Senators and Representatives were properly exposed. We have 50 wonderful representatives who are conservatives who believe in sovereignty of America. We can build on that very soon.

So, do we put you down as a vote for Hillary? She’s against it too.

Ted Cruz isn’t going to vote for the agreement. He can not afford to collect money, but lose primary voter support when in such a large and accomplished field of competitors.

Aren’t they ALL supporting this deal? I haven’t seen any news but Cruz news on FR, so how would we know?

Cruz can forget about his presidential ambitions. Rush is saying right now the Republican party has been taken over by the liberal Chamber of Commerce.
