Take about a 5 pound flounder, after gutting and scaling cut an X on the fleshy side, peel back the meat from the spine, fill with a crab stuffing and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, absolutely heaven.
That does sound good.
Just plain old mullet caught in the Gulf off the Florida coast and deep fried and served with pickles, onions and hush puppies can be fabulous. It has to be fresh tho.
