That doesn't generate a whole lot of confidence that their method actually works.

It worked pretty well for her, didn’t it? Tax free room and board for 18 months. It’s my recollection that at the end of the first term, they can repeat the cycle. So she can theoretically spend the rest of her life living off the taxpayers. (Been a while since I’ve read up on federal criminal contempt).
