You read #14, who do you think was the angry party here?
Who had the motive?
Who had the motive to go to start sending out press releases meant to mock and discredit?
Hey South40, since you posted this thread/article who do you think had a motive here?
Which party started the slander and discredit campaign when they didn’t get what they wanted? Who wanted the money and didn’t get it?
Did you read #14 and #21?
How could that possibly be bad thing?
You think Jim would take offense at criticism of Club for Growth?
He is seen as a clown, his candidacy a joke. How that can be seen as a good thing, I don't know. Once the dust settles we'll have to ask those who were fooled by this liberal jackass why they thought destroying the only real opposition to the Democrat party a good thing. The Democrats have got to be love watching as Republicans throw their support behind this joke of a candidate. For conservatives, it really is a sad thing to watch.
I don’t think Jim would take offence any more than I do. I have seen uninformed FReepers be critical of sources before and, just as here, I have pointed out that if Jim believes the source worthy enough to have on his home page it is worthy enough to use as a source. If they don’t like it, tough; they can take it up with him.
Everyone says he has no chance at the nomination or the office. Yet they spend their money and a good portion of their waking hours attacking him.
I don't get it.
In fact I'm pretty sure you've posted a 1/2 dozen or more articles "less than friendly" to Trump in the last couple of days.
Some have even edified me.
But one has to wonder, does everyone in America think Trump threatens the very foundations of Western Civilization itself?
Why is such enormous energy, here and everywhere else being expended to convince the "dumb" or "deluded" they must not support Trump?
I also wonder if the people most concerned have stopped to think maybe, just maybe, the more criticism Trump receives from MSM, GOP, Club for Growth etc. The more popular he becomes?
I know it does me.
As far as I can tell his enemies are desirable enemies.
Maybe they did ask him for a million bucks. The whole world has their hand out to wealthy people.
Here.
However, I would guess a through read was never conducted.
There is always a motive. And the motive to slander and discredit in this case seems pretty clear.
Er...Through too.
One more time....thorough
I hate that word.
Oh, they asked for the million alright, since they sent Trump a *letter* requesting that little donation. Emails and hard copies of letters make great evidence.
That comment should be framed.
1. He has ALREADY sucked up all their candidate's oxygen.
He's inferior to their candidate in every way...honesty...integrity...position of issue x, y, z etc.
But they also know the Nationalist/Populist can win it all.
It upsets the entire universe of known, good things.
Let me second that emotion. :-)
I'm sorry, I think you're going to need a bit more than that to be convincing.
You're confused. In the past 5 days I have posted a total of 3 Trump articles. This one, the one where he said his favorite president was Bill Clinton, and the one where Glenn Beck said Trump was The biggest flaming [ass] that you could possibly imagine, which is true.
Why is such enormous energy, here and everywhere else being expended to convince the "dumb" or "deluded" they must not support Trump?
I, and others, believe this liberal moron's candidacy is damaging to the Republican party, which can only help Hillary. The man is a walking punch line. He may be a billionaire who has made a fortune in real estate (even though he was born into the business) but he has no knowledge and no place in politics.
I also wonder if the people most concerned have stopped to think maybe, just maybe, the more criticism Trump receives from MSM, GOP, Club for Growth etc. The more popular he becomes?
And I wonder do those who have foolishly thrown their support behind this liberal democrat pretending to be a conservative realize what fools they will have proven themselves to be when the time comes this moron's candidacy can no longer be buoyed by his empty rhetoric and he must actually provide proof that he knows what he is talking about. The man is a businessman, not a politician. He hasn't got a clue on how to run a city, much less the greatest country in the world. He is good at one thing, though; he has proved PT Barnum was right.
South,
I didn't know you were a party man.
Do you know of a Republican that has enhanced the party's brand in the last 30 years?
The key here is: First the GOP must be destroyed. Everything else comes after that.
Do you know of any other party who can beat Hillary?
The key here is: First the GOP must be destroyed. Everything else comes after that.
Wow, you people get more bizarre with your defense of this liberal moron Trump by the minute.
