Cruz playing to the plebs in the cheap seats.
Backs kill Whites every day of the week, and no one says a word.
Blacks also kill Blacks every day of the week, and no one says a word.
This crime by this 21-year-old kid was horrific, and it was racially motivated. There's nothing wrong with calling the incident what it was: a mass-murder based on racism.
That is news. One reason why it's news is exactly because such incidents are quite rare.
Stuff that happens everyday and is commonplace, typically doesn't make the news. That's just the nature of the beast.
Everybody knows that there's no "epidemic" of racism-inspired crime.
Having said that, I agree that the epidemic of crime committed by young black men is something that needs to be discussed, addressed, and appear more prominently in the news. Its core causes need to be faced. Specifically, the utter obliteration of the traditional family unit in black culture. Sooner or later, this issue will have to be faced, including by the media.
But the fact is that crimes like the one in Charleston are sensational, and such things will always dominate the news. I don't see that as anything unusual, and hopefully this incident will serve to make such crimes even more rare in the future.
No one goes into a Prayer Meeting, and joins with the people praying for one hour, and then kills them. Ted Cruz was right to the extent that this was unfathomable and evil. I have no doubt that Satan motivated the drug-addled, mentally disturbed, youth to commit this crime. I pray along with the families who lost loved ones that this young man repents, but it is also clear that he's earned his death penalty and I hope the process is quick.
