Yea, that one got me too. I don’t know the number of laws in France, but a person really has to put out in the US to be able to break just 1% of our laws.
I can only imagine the lawlessness from these folk (as the president would say) if they only bothered abiding by 99% of their laws.
As long as she is wearing her burka I guess they will assume she is a woman. Man was that hard to write!!!! I kept having to add S to the front R to the back and remember to WO when done!!!!
