Feds Detain At Least One Border Crosser…James O’Keefe!

Conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe was detained by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents Monday while returning through an airport to U.S. soil. Why? Because he once filmed a video in which he illegally crossed the U.S.-Mexico border. And customs agents told him he will be detained every single time he enters the country from overseas henceforth.

You can not deny a U.S. Citizen entry into the United States.

They can do customs checks, but they cannot keep you out.

He can request information on the "hit" they have in the system for him. The most interesting thing will be who owns the file. He will probably never find out, but requesting the info should tell him quickly where it came from.

If he requests the info (copy to congressman) and the secondaries cease then it was some lowly moron. If he files a request and the secondaries continue then it is definitely a political attack.
