The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
“The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation,” Stubbs’ statement read. “If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.”

I have not troubled myself with any particulars like these. I am content to speculate on the big picture and to go into some detail on the trampling of the Constitution.

Sadly there are no few who will trample on our Constitution.
The more I research and read, I do have to conclude, that the Bandidos are the most willing of those in this controversy, to trample on it for their own nefarious gains. I agree with you that due process is due to all. But I hope and pray that the criminal elements do not succeed either because of or in spite of the legitimate provisions of our Constitution. Actually one might say, how DARE they, use the freedoms won by blood of Patriots, to advance their own criminal purposes?? That is a moral outrage!
On the other hand, I am trying to keep track of the individuals in the case because criminal acts are committed by actual real persons, and those not guilty are also actual real persons. The “broad brush” cannot be allowed to swipe either way.
Am I even allowed to say “servus”? I serve in the interest of truth.

Maybe JUST MAYBE she is blindfolded because she could not in any imagination have legitimately foreseen the Rule of Law to be convoluted and turned back upon itself, by perps who have NO LOVE FOR HER, but only USE her to advance their own nefarious gains. Simply for attending a political gathering -- which is at bottom what the CoCI meeting was; the ONLY entity suggesting otherwise is law enforcement via its many "experts" and "authorities."
On the lone word and scruple of "police," at least 150 people were harshly and severely punished without due process solely for exercising their Constitutional right to free association.
