Bandidos Demand Waco Police Release Video, Autopsy Reports

The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.

In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.

“The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation,” Stubbs’ statement read. “If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.”

“There is a difference in intemperate language “in the heat of the moment” and a constant and unrelenting stream of slander.”

Have you ever seen the phrase “keep my own side of the street clean?”

Calling people “troll” fifty times is hardly an example of avoiding resentments, by not giving resentments. That is constant and unrelenting and YOU did it.

Because, like you, it’s irrelevant.

“Because, like you, it’s irrelevant.”

Then you accept it as fact?

I will own that. What is your suggestion for a better response when folks holding a point of view are continuously called "criminal sympathizers"? How about THAT as a guaranteed generator of resentment?

Do you know what internet trolling actually is? A big piece of it is misrepresenting the thoughts and words of those with whom one disagrees. It truly poisons the well.

Could I have taken a different approach than I did?

Probably.

Yes. I will own my part of "dirtying up the street".

What's next?

The motorcycle clubs wear the MC patch and are the bad actors."MC" stands for "Motorcycle Club". You are nuts. First you assert that 1% (okay, some bad boys in that crowd), then the number "13", now "MC", what's next? DILLIGAF? FTW? "69"?

“What’s next?”

Principles before personalities.

Tenth step.

We don’t behave better only in a quid pro quo, e.g. only if the other does likewise.

We simply do it because it is right.

It’s a nice try to do 12 step work here. Who else gets to be the beneficiary of your message carrying? Am I the only one?

Nine people dead. It was a gang war.

Bandidos? Cossacks? LEOs? Which "gang" was doing the killing?

We don't know for certain who killed who. Don't ignore the gang with badges. Twelve rounds from rifles could easily account for 2/3 of the dead, if not all of them. Looking at the evidence cones from images of the scene, those distances are a little on the long side for pistol shooting, but not for rifles.

” Don’t ignore the gang with badges.”

I am not.

Bikers on the scene commend the police for their actions.

Peter Graves, Bandidos officer and TCOC president at the Waco shooting, says they respect the police for doing their job.

(Big John Snyder, Vice president of the Boozefighters at the Waco shooting) “The police were professional, considering the situation they were in. They were professional and doing their job,” he said.

We have also heard from a biker family member that the police probably saved lives at Waco.

“It’s a nice try to do 12 step work here. Who else gets to be the beneficiary of your message carrying? Am I the only one?”

To a significant extent, I try to practice behavior that is consistent with the program, including right here.

I have repeatedly argued for the name calling to stop. Even if it doesn’t stop, I refrain from doing it, in the face of provocation.

I back away from the computer, do something else, and realize this pursuit is not going to impact the outcome.

There is plenty of obsessive behavior involved with pursuing this topic, 24-7-365 and getting wound up with it.

I don’t like being called “Stalinesque” but I realize the person doing the name calling is nobody to me.

There is a great book by Dr. Paul O. titled “You Can’t Make Me Angry.”

“the vast majority of those arrested had broken ZERO laws” Where did you glean this information?

The normal legal Court procedure is one who was arrested is charged with some crime and then bail is set. Not bail is set just because one is arrested on suspicion. When one is arrested on suspicion and then not charged with a crime, they are released without bail.

From the actual factual information thus far released, a high percentage of those arrested have had bail set, some had bail reduced and then released pending them having to defend themselves in Criminal Court, which means they were charged with something besides jaywalking.

Why would anyone with 2 brain cells not figure that you most likely talking from your backside?

You are 100% welcome to your own opinion, you are not welcome to your own facts. Don’t try to confuse the situation pretending or insisting your opinion is hard facts.

Not worth a new thread....Just posted on Waco PD fb page

Twin Peaks Update #3
I’ve been asked for a timeline of the events leading up to the Twin Peaks Incident. In Mid-March, Waco PD personnel became aware of rising tensions between the Bandidos and Cossacks in the state and the Waco area. The two gangs, as classified by the Texas Department of Public Safety Gang Intel Unit, were increasing their violence against each other. It was reported that the increase was due to the Cossacks wearing a “Texas rocker patch” on their vests.
As all of the violent events between these individuals has already been reported in detail and in numerous media outlets and in an effort to preserve the integrity of the jury trial system and avoid jeopardizing any one individual’s right to a fair trial, we will not layout any specific incidents of the violent encounters that have occurred between these two gangs. We will say that we believe there is evidence to support that the violence that occurred at Twin Peaks between them was not a spontaneous or isolated incident.
This week our detectives have been completing search warrants for the cell-phones that were confiscated in the incident.
We will continue to provide periodic updates as information becomes available that would not unduly jeopardize the integrity of the criminal case.
