That's the acronym used by the FLEAs.
You got that right
Prolly works for ATF
Now, for the sake of honesty, since whatever those cones are marking are not where the police were shooting from, post the images of the cones on the grassy area and near the SUVs, where the LEOs were shooting from, because that is what I was referring to and you know it.
Bikers and cops all say the bikers started the killing.
Also, Bikers on the scene commend the police for their actions.
Peter Graves, Bandidos officer and TCOC president at the Waco shooting, says they respect the police for doing their job.

(Big John Snyder, Vice president of the Boozefighters at the Waco shooting) “The police were professional, considering the situation they were in. They were professional and doing their job,” he said.

We have also heard from a biker family member that the police probably saved lives at Waco.
+1
“The arrests RESULTED FROM a massive crime scene of unprecedented proportions in a suburban mall at mid day on a Sunday.”
I believe if the Bandidos and Cossacks (and “support” groups) notified all Texas law enforcement agencies of their intention to hold a rumble, outside any built up communities, they might be left alone to do so.
But having a rumble in a suburban community setting of any city or town in America, will draw opposition from law enforcement.
Contriving conspiracy theories, as to this law enforcement involvement to deprive the warring motorcycle groups of their “civil right” to conduct warfare in the peaceful suburbs, is ridiculous.
The voters of those communities would support infiltration, if necessary, as a means to assure public safety, and minimize/contain violence.
All published reports, articles, interviews say the motorcycle group members attacked each other first. No reports say law enforcement attacked first.
Texas law enforcement authorities classify the Bandidos in the SAME category (Tier 2) as Bloods, Crips, and MS13.
Why FR members support them in any manner whatsoever, amazes me.
That people can claim to revere the Constitution, but are seemingly willing to suspend or selectively apply it for a REALLY good reason, amazes me.
And why anyone would accuse another FReeper of "supporting" criminals baffles me.
I suggested that whatever the fiasco achieved may shed some light as to the "why." I came across this comment on the Waco PD facebook page, and as far as I know, this is true -- once you're been arrested, even if the charges are dropped, even if they arrested the WRONG guy and you by mistake, that arrest is FOREVER "on your record":
....a felony conviction will completely destroy your lives forever. Even if the RICO charge against you two is Dropped you will forever have a Felony Arrest on your names as a matter of record. This will create problems in the future for job prospects and maybe even holding on to a the jobs you presently have.
Also the future purchasing of a firearm will be delayed and or denied simply because your Arrest and Fingerprints are now in the FBI NICS computer due to a Felony Arrest, a Felony Conviction is not required to delay your 2nd Amendment Rights. The arrest will never be removed from the NICS computer system, it will cost you thousands of dollars for an Attorney to have an expungement notation entered into the system for both of you.
I've never seen a fiasco like this where people can be arrested and charged with Racketeering or anything else and be Charged with Guilt by Association because you attended a political meeting.
Another thing to consider when trying to figure out WHY -- the American biker demographic, of whom truly violent malicious criminals make up a tiny, tiny small percentage, is DOMINATED by Veterans, 2nd Amendment types, and patriots of the type who move to action on the ground, organized, mobile, skilled. They protested in DC on 9-11-13 in numbers estimated from 800,000 to 1.2 million. The MSM knew those numbers, they included them down deep in longer stories, virtually all of which had headlines, "Thousands of bikers converge on D.C."
Yes, thousands.
Hundred of thousands, in fact.
In fact, many hundreds of thousands. Likely a million or more. So the MSM didn't lie in those headlines. They just refrained from keeping Americans informed on what's happening in their own country.
So for me, the "why" is becoming more and more apparent.
By the time that even could happen, years in the fugure, it will be far too late to make a bit of difference in the lives of about 150 people. It's ALREADY far too late for them, already very harshly punished and permanently harmed financially and professionally.
That it is too late for them already, and that this very model could be used as successfully on any number of mysterious "clubs" for which a convincing narrative can quickly be spun and gobbled up by the MSM, the officers who make the arrests do it with the complete confidence that immediate risk, and even long-term risk, of being held accountable is exceedingly thin.
If the actual goal of the operation was to "legally" ruin the lives of a targeted group of patriotic people so that they cannot function financially or professionally -- is a big MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
When you attack the king you have to kill the king...
This was just the first exercise of the model. That's what I suspect. I hope I'm wrong, but ... I'm old enough now to trust my gut even when I don't want to.
Good Lord! Your still here? And still using that same screen name! What’s the deal, you get paid by the post? Contractor with me benefits? Does it even occur to you that the fact you are here, doing what you are doing just adds to the perception of gummint malfeasance?
It's baffling if you figure the FReeper doing it is honest, either with him/herself or with others.
On the other hand, it's obvious if you figure the FReeper doing it is self-deceiving, or else a phony. Truth-seeker's screen name is false advertising, that's pretty easy to determine having read a few dozen of his/her posts, so ... his/her inane accusation is attributable to either self-deception or outright phoniness, who knows which.
That it's one of the two seems clear because either self-deception or fraudulent representation are the ONLY explanations for anyone accusing another FReeper of "supporting criminals."
I wrote: That it's one of the two seems clear because either self-deception or fraudulent representation are the ONLY explanations for anyone accusing another FReeper of "supporting criminals."
Yet in more than one post I've accused several FReepers of being "Stalin's Helpmates" -- !! {^)
Busted ... by my own hand!
Only a Stalinesque person would think that people in America should only have the right of free association with people he approves of, and that if he doesn't approve of them -- felons, tattooed folks who look like thugs, partiers, slackers, surfers, hippies, rednecks, uncouth slobs, and guys with big long beards, loud bikes, and beer guts -- then Americans shouldn't have the right to associate with them.
"Lay down with dogs, wake up with fleas," goes the Stalinesque argument on American biker clubs as "run" by "criminals" because law enforcement says that's what those patches mean, so associating at all with it brands you a guilty criminal.
That's the Stalinesque rationale -- dogs and fleas, except it's killing the dog to get rid of the fleas instead of using law men to nail the few fleas on the whole dog. Easier to kill the dog.
I admit -- I accuse FReepers of being Stalin's Helpmates (I have to wonder how long a motorcycle club of that patch would last on American roads), so I guess for me, personally, if they accuse me of "supporting criminals," I have to give it a pass. They at least think I'm supporting criminals because they have a false idea of what the vast majority of bikers are.
It's also worth noting that this type of behavior is par for the course amongst the feral government types, and local police as well. From days gone by, it was always known that when someone starts talking about violence and mayhem, they were almost guaranteed to be feds or working on their behalf.
The 'authority' types have earned the distrust they are reaping. In spades.
>>> If the actual goal of the operation was to “legally” ruin the lives of a targeted group of patriotic people so that they cannot function financially or professionally and to do it right in plain sight and still have Americans oblivious to it or even happy about it — then Waco was a very a big MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. <<<
The question is whether that was the original intent or is now just a means to cover up and prevent future lawsuits by defaming the folks involved. I don’t know which, but I see how it could go either way.
Trashing the people arrested would also have an impact on the judges when cases start going to court: poisoning the judiciary while poisoning the jury pool at the same time.
I really don’t like thinking in that direction, but it’s been clear that the Waco police are intentionally misleading and delaying.
I think if you look back through to the beginning of these threads immediately after the event happened in Waco, you's see why so many think of certain participants here as trolls. I've had to add them to my killfile to make these threads even somewhat readable.
If were all honest none of us like to mistrust those in authority, but look at our Country what has happened. This one just had a smell from the beginning to me, and the stench gets stronger the more they try to cover it. God have mercy on America
Excellent!
