You know, it’s only going to be a matter of time before we see a backlash to this ‘tyranny of hysteria’ and there’s a SHOW THE CONFEDERATE FLAG ‘freedom of speech’ demonstration somewhere.
That’s an idea! Start a petition...
Which is probably what they want with this. Tick people off enough to provoke a big public demonstration. Then play the victim card and cry “racism”. Demand further government intervention.

It ain’t happening
They are piling on and our leaders are beyond feckless
Even though non southerners are streaming into the South For refuge these days especially middle Tennessee where I live
This purge demonstrates their hatred for our legacy many hold
It also illustrates how the Civil War got started to begin with
It’s the most disgusting cultural and political event I’ve witnessed in my entire life time
Try living here being born into many generations of this regional culture and explain to your upset young children why the rest of the country is attacking us and our leaders have abandoned us to betray us to our cultural enemies
And you non southerners who think this isn’t about you
Just wait.....what you hold dear has links to bigotry and white privilege too
