In one of the hotels in the Turkish resort town of Kemer, there was a real battle between the Ukrainian and Russian tourists.

As a result the whole hotel took part in the brawl, including Germans, Britons, natives of Kazakhstan, Belarus and the Caucasus. Several orders of police reassured furious travelers.

It is reported that among the tourists that took an active part in the fight were Caucasians, who fought on the side of the Ukrainians. Also the Belarusian and Kazakh tourists supported Ukrainians.

According to witnesses, nothing predicted but in the evening after dinner with copious/abundant libations "group of nationalist Russians began chanting slogans against the Ukrainians.

These Russians cries aroused the legitimate grievances of Ukrainian tourists from Kiev who demanded them to stop this ugly act. However, Russian nationalists continued to insult/offend Ukrainians that had not reacted to their comments.

Then,in the course of trying to reason with the Russian nationalists gradually all tourists vacationing at the hotel were drawn went fists into the conflict.

"Fist fight was just to the heavens, - he wrote one of the witnesses - fought with sun loungers, chairs, someone threw into the hotel pool. The police came with a large number of cars." According to him this battle was more reminiscent of "a saloon in the Wild West."

Reports of the Russian nationalist police slapped in cuffs along with some Belarusians and Kazakhs that were trying to support the unsuccessful provocateurs from Russia.

Logical end of the conflict was Hotel raising the Ukrainian flag.

Poor guy had his nipple ring pulled out.

Whenever I see folks with rings/piercings in weird places, and those things in the earlobes that make them look like they came out of a 1970s National Geographic article, I think to myself, if I get in a fight with someone like that, the first thing I'm gonna do is yank on them suckers, real hard. Fight to win.

A friend of mine was a Marine captain several decades ago. He inspected during PT when they had shirts off and discovered one of the marines with a nipple ring. Stiff warning for being out of uniform, punishment detail.

A month later, my friend did a similar inspection and the same marine was again out of uniform for the same reason - a nipple ring. My friend looked him in the eye, said “You’re out of uniform again” and just pulled out the ring right there, passing the bloody trinket to the sergeant.

Probably wouldn’t make it in today’s military, but I like my buddy’s solution and still can’t imagine why anyone would wear a piercing there.
