What’s wrong with the fact that it is a state’s issue? Cruz is a Constitutionalist. Anything the Constitution does not allocate to the federal government belongs to the states. Who should decide this if not the people of South Carolina?
Regardless if it is a state issue or not, you can have a personal opinion.

I don’t live in SC but I do have an opinion on this subject and will voice it to anyone who asks me how I feel...I expect nothing less from someone running for Pres.
And in the opinion I have, I hope the people of SC realize this stupidity for what it is and allow the Battle Flag adorning a monument for fallen Confederates to remain flying.
Anything else is shear lunacy...(and I’m NOT running for Pres)
