So truth just doesn’t matter anymore.

It hasn't for decades. The entire Capitol would fall down if they dared state the truth.

Let’s not forget their ex-parte meeting with Obama.

Roberts will say it really means:

"No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate exempt from participating in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendments), and there shall be no a penalty or fine imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to participate in such programs.”

I got through about 400 pages of that book and was so angry I had to put it down. It was as if I was reading the very thing I was seeing happening in the real world.

Let’s do this. I’m serious as I can be. Just saw some responses on him smuggling his kids into the u.s. black market adoption style. I don’t care what it is. It needs to come out now.

Charles Manson was right about the Supreme Court. Nine men shouldn’t be telling 300,000,000 people what to do.

If he said that, well, I have to say he is right on that one. There is a fine line between genius and insanity and Manson crossed that line in spades. Thinking about him and recent events like Ferguson, Baltimore, Trevon Martin, they guy who went apesh-- in South Carolina and the flap over the Coinfederate flag, sometimes I think he is right where we are headed to Helter Skelter.

If that’s common knowledge , how does it qualify as blackmail?

Serious question.

The Nation would have absolutely been better off if Gore had won In 2000. He would have been a 1 termer and Obama would likely be still in his hood in Chicago.

Yeah, not even slightly surprised. The whole damn system can go effing collapse. I have zero, and I mean ZERO, loyalty any more.

Shame, isn't it? My father said to me that "This country is not worth defending anymore." He added where to fix it well, to be blunt, is by force and/or let it collapse and rebuild. He's a veteran too, was in Korea a few years after the war stopped. My niece tried to join the Army, we both tried to tell her not to but she did anyway although she was rejected for health reasons. Don't get me wrong, if we had to, we'd fight for ourselves, family, friends, the Western ideal and the country the way it used to be, but not for the system now.

I lost my mother in November of 2013. She had inflammatory breast cancer. From the time Barky was elected, everytime of the 4th of July when she heard God Bless America, she cried, she said, "Obama is hurting this country." For Christmas of 2012, her last one, she watched a rerun of the "Andy Williams Show." I looked at her and she was crying and I asked her "Why" even though I knew, and she said, "I wish we were back in the world of Andy Williams."

Well, she'd in a better place and God has another angel and I know she still watches out for me and takes care of me to the best of her ability. I know she is near. But like she said, I agree, I wish we were back in the world of Andy Williams.

I'm through with pulling punches, I will say what is on my mind. I wonder if Barky wasn't elected, we would be better off. I daresay, yes, we would be, SCOTUS-care/Obamacare would not be here, I know that much. Barky got elected because of one thing, he is Black. (OK, technically, he is mulatto, but looks is everything in our world, he looks pure Black so there) Pure and simple. Geraldine Ferraro, I disagree with her politics but I have to hand it to her, she was brave and spot on in saying the same thing. He is our first affirmative action president. Even so, there is another factor too, the rubes that voted for him because he is Black, they wanted to make history, well, my friend, they did.

Andy Williams, where are you when we need you?

Got home from work checked Drudge and found out the bad news. Turned the Kelly File on and it took them 34 minutes into the show to even cover it. . One of the most significant rulings and days of our lifetimes. . Krauthammer and Carson gave excellent opinions. . Carson thinks this will be a major issue in the 2016 election.

I agree. That may be the one silver lining. Americans do Not want socialized medicine. It is inherently un-American and against our very nature. . against Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. . plus it is a communist tenet to institute socialized medicine as soon as possible in any communist system. . Lenin: "Socialized medicine is the keystone to the arch of the socialized state."

This may be a big uniter if done right by the Republican candidate. Pray that it's Cruz as he'll articulate it well and will be able to rally the masses. This is such a big issue and people just don't seem to see it. . My wife just said a lot of people on facebook are glad about the SCOTUS decision. We have a lot of educating to do. Most people don't understand how big socialized medicine is and how it will affect not only their medical care but their lives totally. No choice, they have all your records, no privacy, selective treatment, death panels, . . treatment triage, "Oh, you're on of those right wing conservatives," etc, etc, and some bureaucratic panel somewhere denies your knee replacement, . . the negative possibilities are, well, just imagine. . + sky high costs and deductibles.

And Obama, this is Not woven into our fabric now. . We are going to repeal it as soon as you leave.

If he gets gun control through, we have some major decisions to make. . and soon.

My takeaway after being acutely depressed is the right person might make this an election winner for Republicans in 2016.

Pray for America and prepare.

Any primary school student knows that you capitalize “State” when referring to the pronoun of and individual State and don’t capitalize “state” when referring to generic noun of a particular nation. SCOTUS only has to look at their own title to understand this - Supreme Court of the United States not Supreme Court of the state.

There is another difference in law. Changing the capitalization of "State" and "state," or referring to it as "a" or "the" State, can be, and here is, used to differentiate between incorporated and unincorporated States, or divisions of an incorporated State. That's what was done in this decision, too, except nobody recognizes it. Ironically, Roberts referred only to the corporate federal State and its 50 incorporated State divisions - he was entirely consistent. Scalia, on the other hand, used his dissent to completely hide this distinction, going so far as to actually (and fraudulently) declaim its existence.

Conclusion? Roberts ruled against his will and so fought back by remaining completely consistent and therefore reliably deconstructable. Scalia was furious over the Court having to come so close to spilling the beans over their strictly corporate ruling because of the double meanings of their words being exposed. And so, while confusing that issue as much as he could, he pretended to lambast the majority opinion while actually raging against Congress for not dealing with themselves.

Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead are Now. Try and get the 20 somethings to read them. It's up to us, and especially them, to right the ship of state.
