Turn out the lights the party is over for this place now. What a POS decision. I wonder if some cop stops me for exceeding the posted speed limit, clearly so specified on the limit sign, if I have a case that it was not intended to be so rather it was an attempt to suggest I drive slower.
It won't work that way,
The cop will stop you for NOT exceeding the speed limit and will ticket you because he is sure that the legislature intended to post a lower limit.
