I can’t wait to read the decision and find out what their “logic” was. The statute was clear, The intention was clear. Neither mattered. The law says whatever judges and the President says it means.

It's out there. Roberts came up with a shockingly contrived and unconvincing opinion. Scalia's dissent is a work of art - incisive and completely logical.

The dissent was awesome. Scalia actually sounded pissed off. I posted excerpts later on this thread.
