I think it’s all rhetoric...these clowns are entirely too cowardly themselves to attempt to try a race war. They may hope that the youngsters do it, but they won’t either.

Actually, they are cowards. They have been saying this for how long now, with no action. They will not start it themselves but they will stir the pot, with the encouragement and blessing of obozo and the demoncrat party. The black pampers, obozo, and the media are hoping that some group(s) of whites will actually take them up on their offer, and start it themselves.
If that happens, the black pampers will feign surprise and shock, then run and hide behind obozo and the media. Obozo then has an excuse to declare martial law, under the guise of protecting the harmless blacks against the white homegrown devil terrorists.
