Roberts reasoning this time totally contradicts his reasoning the last time. Last time, he said that it was not the courts responsibility to correct a law or negate a law that the people didn´t like it. It was the people´s responsibility to elect politicians to make those corrections. This time, he said just the opposite, that they (SCOTUS) have the responsibility to correct what the law says. Roberts is mental. If the next president is a Repub, and a court position comes open, he/she needs to nominate the replacement to be a new Chief Justice and make Roberts just another justice.
He should be removed for reason of mental defect.
