It is. I think the judiciary has been an unmitigated failure for our country since shortly after it’s inception. Marbury vs Madison, Dred Scot, Roe v Wade, Kelo, this.
Not much good has come out of the unelected, unaccountable branch of government. Although admittedly they have better choreography and theatrics then the other two branches.

I suspect that Obama has discovered something big on Roberts that Roberts really doesn’t want known. I think Conservatives need to find out what it and anything related to it is and have some serious face to face sessions with him about some of his decisions. Probably come to naught but imagining the possibilities is fun.

I think it’s a strong possibility that Roberts is a closet case, so yes, I think he’ll find (in 26 pages or so of twisted, tortured reasoning) that same-sex marriage is indeed a “right.”
