Lois Lerner’s Hard Drive Was SHREDDED
dailycaller ^ | June 25, 2015 | Patrick Howley

Former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner’s hard drive most likely crashed due to “an impact of some sort,” like somebody hitting it or smashing it, according to new congressional testimony.

Then the hard drive was shredded and its pieces were sold for scrap.

Lerner’s laptop, which crashed on June 11, 2011 between 5 and 7 PM, was sent to an IT technician two days later. The Hewlett-Packard technician looking at her laptop determined that the hard drive failed because of an impact of some sort.

And so the question is...

What are WE going to do about it?

I have had government contracts and had to agree to shred everything...including hard drives.

I’ve often said a number of times the entire Democrat Party should be prosecuted under the RICO statues as a criminal organization.

I’ve been told a strong magnet will trash whatever is on a hard drive. If not that, what about something that scratches it so it can’t be read?

Aren’t there Democrats still trying to recover a couple minutes missing from the Nixon tapes? They eliminate whole data bases.

If the Liberal dogs were after a Conservative they would “help” those people by telling them they did not wish them to have an “accident” like, Vince Foster, perhaps...

They are above the law. I doubt Johnny and Mitch will even slap Lois and co. On the wrist.

Indeed, hard drives are nearly (physically) indestructible, in a de-energised state, of course.

When fully energised, shock resistance is still an impressive 50-70 Gs. And most have accelerometers now—when they are tripped, it causes the drive to move its heads out of the way before impact, preventing major damage to the disk surfaces.

When my husband died, I wanted to recycle his old computer, but felt it necessary to destroy the hard drive before bringing the shell to the electronics recycling center.

The “mother board” was destroyed easily. However, I had to take the hard drive out to the side walk and repeatedly smash it with a sledgehammer before it finally succumbed.

This is not an easy task and requires great effort, believe me. No way could it have ever been done accidentally or by mistake.

They not only go to Obama, they also go to McCain. Collusion between the two parties is the only logical explanation for the inability to produce the emails.

Would not surprise me one bit.

I can’t believe how rotted this country’s leadership has become. The decomposing stench is enough to make one physically ill.

Yes but these emails went to and fro from server to server in halls of government and to the drives of end recipients and backups on schedules.

These emails exist all over the place.

I know. You can never get rid of a printed electronic communication. I was just being cheeky in re as to how they capitalized the word ‘’shredded’’.
