Court upholds same sex marriage in 5-4 ruling. Majority is Kennedy, Breyer, Bader-Ginsburg, Kagan & Sotomayor. Scalia, Thomas, Alito & Roberts dissent.
Fundamental transformation. The only thing he didn’t lie about. No journalist at the time asked what that meant.

Looks to me as if one of his law clerks wrote the Marriage dissent, whereas a completely different clerk wrote the SCOTUScare decision.
I just don't know who is behind this madness other than evil?

That still does NOT make same sex “marriage” marriage, and does not change the fact that “gays” (and all LGBTs, etc.) are queers!!!!

All private relationships are now subject to a political test.
The next issue is whether a business can be forced to serve a same-sex wedding. Can a public official or a Clergy person be forced to perform a same-sex wedding? Does the first Amendment mean what it says? If Roberts gets to make the ruling, probably not.

I don’t see how Roberts could be pro Obamacare and anti gay marriage. He’s a liberal, so vote like one.

Sorry, what was I thinking? the Tenth Amendment is dead, and the rest of the Bill of Rights is on life support, with the plug about to be pulled.
