A search of Roof's car turned up six crescent-shaped, 40-round magazines in the trunk.

I don’t see any more need than to say this perp is guilty. The fact that so many people have to think beyond who the perp is gives a note as to how screwed up society is.

Roof reloaded five times. Reloading is common in these types of shootings. Restricting the size of a magazine would have done little to prevent this. And an obvious work around to a magazine limitation is just bring another gun.
I also find it interesting that he owned the devilish AR-15, and chose not to use it. Probably because a pistol is easier to conceal. I guarantee that, if the AR-15 is banned, in around 45 minutes the left will call a press conference and point out that other guns are just as deadly as the AR-15...and the agenda will march on.

Roof also had a forearm for an AR-15 in his trunk. It allows a shooter to more easily keep a grip on the rifle, as the barrel grows fiery hot from the shots pouring out of it.
Uh, what? I think he means a fore-end, and you probably wouldn't want to shoot any rifle holding the bare barrel in your hand. "Fiery hot from the shots pouring out of it"? Blood-curdling enough? Good grief.
Police say Roof used .45 caliber handgun to carry out the church attack, stopping several times to reload... An AR-15 fires more rounds per magazine and is more accurate at a longer range.

PMAG came out with 40 round AR mags in the past few years and that is what I have exclusively been buying.
“round AR mag...”. I thought the article said it was crescent shaped. (crescent leads to the isis/is/isil connection?) Hole EEE crap. What if he had wanted an AK. OMG! The huge manity. :>}
