Bay Area residents, with longtime stakes in the fight for same-sex marriage, yelled, hugged and honked in ecstasy Friday upon hearing of the Supreme Court decision that gays and lesbians have the right to marry nationwide.

From San Francisco’s Castro neighborhood and City Hall to Oakland and beyond, commuters and residents blared their car horns, shouted “yes!,” and let the tears flow as the news filtered by word of mouth and on media.

“I think it’s awesome. We’ve fought hard for this. This is a watershed moment for gay rights in the U.S. and the world,” said Rick Lee, 49.

San Francisco Pride weekend begins Friday, and the stunningly timely news promises to breathe more enthusiasm into an already massive and vibrant three-day celebration. So of course the deviants will never stop.
What will be their next demand?
Polygamy?
Incest?
Bestiality?
Pedophilia?
I think they will be coming for the children next, so they can create more deviants.

Does that include Petaluma? Seemed kinda like a nice place but I always wondered why that town has a butter festival.

That frightened me.

This will increase their SS benefits by 15 to 20 per cent from estimates I've seen.

It's a good thing there's mounds of money in 'the lockbox' to pay this new SS obligation.

They're always about a half a day ahead of Seattle.

In Austin, I would not be surprise to find they are painting the town lavender. I won’t know, though, because I stay away from downtown as much as possible. I am also keeping the radio off. The local news reports on how happy (or is it gay) everyone is with this unbelievable atrocity is sobering. I know there are other rational people around me, but have they all gone into hiding?
