Back to point: Just another typical “I’m from the govt and I’m here to help” over-reach that I PRAY the Left on the left coast cannot retreat. No, nothing RE: illegals and the plethora of disease they bring...stamp upon the neck of the Citizen instead.

Providing for education is in the constitution of the state, so vouchers are the most reasonable approach without having to amend the constitution.
