Actually that was the intent of the 10th Amendment.
Then it’s time to follow through. However, to be honest with you, without a huge change in the makeup of house and senate, I don’t think any of that will happen...not without a convention of the states, anyway, which looks like the only hail mary pass we have left. I don’t think a bill limiting the jurisdiction of the courts will happen due to our current group of legislators and leaders, and I think that they and both parties will actively fight any change in the scotus ruling.
The most likely fix will be the judgment of God catching up with America.
It is entirely possible, though, that a brave governor could be encourage to go the nullification route. It sure isn’t going to be Kasich in Ohio or Christie in New Jersey or Brown in California.
The best hope is probably Abbott and Texas.
