Govt, not even *just* SCOTUS, has shown time and time again, they care not to any checks-n-balances nor limits upon We the People....yet We, overwhelmingly, vote the same in over and over.
In this instance, Congress should start proceedings....but I would never hold my breath waiting for that will never be.
