Only a legal President can appoint justices to the court. Congress approving is based upon everything being legit. Congress can vote all they want but CANNOT appoint.

Say it is true So what? They are on the court and will be until near death. If they stay on the court, who cares if they are there legally, illegally? Who cares?

Possession is 9/10ths of the law. They aren’t going anywhere. The court is irrevocably a liberal court. Little snippets about why are worthless.

The Congress can impeach a supreme court member for lack of “good behavior”. Why haven’t they???

If Congress believes the court is acting politically, they can impeach those members that are.

They didn't and they wouldn't. The other 7 justices didn't raise objection(s), so that is tacit acknowledgment of their votes' legitimacy.
