Calling on all Christians to boycott all businesses known to be homosexual friendly on July 4, 2015. We don't spend one dime.

I am in for all of July month.

Why one month?

Rather than boycotting big businesses that cater to the homosexuals, try bringing business to fellow Christians and conservatives. That will have far more impact than knocking a few bucks off of Walmart’s bottom line.

I’m not a symbolic person. I started eating at Chik-fil-A during the failed gay boycott, and I still eat there when I’m eating fast food. I started boycotting gay-activist businesses years ago, and I will continue to do so forever. A one-day boycott doesn’t do it for me.

Bingo! We have a winner and a thinker!

List the businesses, or link to the businesses...and boycott for more than one month.

Boycotts do work, but they have to be targeted to only one or two high profile establishments, and they have to be persistent, widely publicized, and they have to be meaningful, ie have enough participation to actually inflict pain on the entity being boycotted - not a one day feel-good event.

Look what just the threat of boycott by major companies and organizations did to Indiana and Arkansas when they passed the religion protection act.

At least it lasted longer than Ben Franklin thought it would.

Also, even when they do work, the media blacks it out and prints all sorts of other reasons why the company is doing poorly.

I hope to avoid 4th of July fireworks. Maybe stay home and do a Band of Brothers Marathon (courage, victory and G-d’s Grace)
A generation that made it through what they probably thought at the time, was the end of the world.

Good targets include Chobani, the yogurt manufacturer that recently had a TV commercial with two lesbians in bed; Groupon, the online coupon service; Liberty Burger, an upscale hamburger chain; the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Rays; Hobbe’s Restaurants (San Jose area).

When I heard about the pressure the owner of Angie’s List put on the Indiana Legislature, I stopped using her company’s services.

My wife finally said she would shop at Target no more. The problem is “Where will she shop?” Every major retailer is going to be pro-gay now.

OK so they have one less customer. Do they even know that? Have they changed anything?

Boycotts have to be organized, high visibility, high impact events against one representative target, so that an example can be set for others. They have to cause pain and they have to let them know the cause of the pain so they’ll change their behavior.

Why Boycott?

Lets buy only at certain businesses. Give us that list and lets make the business flourish because of their committment

Agree totally. Conservatives and Christians need to target one of the smaller pro-pervert companies, e.g., Chobani Yogurt. I knew my cancellation of Angie’s List would have no impact; it was a matter of conscience on my part.

The Walmarts I see in the south have primarily black customers. And that’s why Walmart jumped so quick on the Dixie flag ban.

As for the gay support by Walmart, blacks are against the gay movement and gay marriage but they still worship Obama. They will still worship Walmart, too.

As Boner said “Obamacare is the law of the land”. So is gay marriage and the banning and destruction of symbols of independence against a tyrannical government. It’s all permanent and will not go back no matter how much we want it to and no matter how many politicians beg for money so they can promise to fix it in two years. The two years never seem to get here, do they?

Friends, I hate to say it but evil has triumphed over good and only God can fix it. And since I have no idea what He has in mind, I can only wait for Him to act. But I sure do wonder what’s taking him so long.

Flame away or accept the truth.

Not celebrating the 4th of July?

Good lord man, get a grip. The Fourth is always worth celebrating, what it stood for was inspiring, good and produced the finest culture in this world.

What our country is becoming is a nation that neither understands nor truly celebrates the Fourth. That's a different problem, I can get behind boycotting the third world Hell hole we may become if we don't turn around.

Boycotting the Fourth?

Never.

That’s why they have to be highly publicized - meaning you have to force the media to report it by raising some hell (street protests, etc)

Remember the good old day when tea partiers used to protest and get in the faces of politicians? Did they get attention then? We’ve kinda rested on our laurels, while the left keeps agitating along.
