Yep. And churches that want to keep that wall of separation have an easy step: don’t have their pastors become licensed to wed. And thus they have no ability to even make legal marriages. And any members who want the ceremony to tie to the legal document just need to include a JP on their invite list. It’s only a crisis who don’t get that it’s 2 different things.
