What is this crap? If the practice is sooooooo popular and loved, it didn’t need JUDGES to shove it down our throats....and make no mistake, that is what happened in NEARLY EVERY STATE.
The false gods in black dresses found it in the 14th amendment. Why wasn’t it ever found by previous justices? 14th amendment has been there a long time. Certainly it could’ve been invoked in other homosexualist cases before the Supreme Court.
