Judge Blocks Ban on Dismemberment Abortion On Grounds It Creates An Obstacle for Women

A district judge in Kansas blocked the state’s ban on “dismemberment abortion” – the first ban of its kind in the United States – on the grounds that prohibiting the procedure would create an “obstacle” for women who want to terminate their pregnancies with brutal dismemberment.

Dismemberment is a late-term abortion procedure in which an unborn, living baby is torn to pieces and removed from the uterus. The new law would have prohibited abortionists from using forceps, clamps, scissors and other instruments to cut the unborn baby into pieces prior to removing its remains from the uterus. Lawmakers in Kansas said such a procedure on a live unborn baby is inhumane.

According to the Guardian, on Thursday, Shawnee County district court Judge Larry Hendricks ruled in the lawsuit filed by the Center for Reproductive Rights that “the alternatives do not appear to be medically necessary or reasonable.”

Alternatives to dismemberment while alive include giving the unborn baby a lethal injection or severing its umbilical cord prior to removing it from the womb. The Center, however, argued that lethal injections could cause nausea and vomiting in the mothers of the babies.

The Center – which represents abortionists Dr. Herbert Hodes and his daughter Dr. Traci Nauser – argued the dismemberment ban would force women to either submit to riskier procedures– or terminate the pregnancy by giving birth.

Why be worried about ISIS disfigurement when we have entities here in the health and judicial system who practice the same abhorrent methods in killing?

i guarantee if a video of this procedure were ever aired publicly, there would be very, very followers of this hideous practice.

We can’t use the term ‘Dark Ages’ ever again - unless we’re referring to today.

Let me get this straight — in the eyes of our government, it is cruel and unusual punishment to incarcerate terrorists at Gitmo, but it’s OK to dismember a helpless baby for the convenience of its “mother”.

Lord, have Mercy!

Repulsive and reprehensible. Evil.

Women have such a capacity for evil it’s unbelievable. And many of the ones who don’t abort will fight tooth and nail for the woman’s ‘right’ to do the deed.

Even the most savage of animals don’t kill their young, especially out of convenience.

American women have killed more than 50 million of their own children since 1973. What a dubious distinction.

When you pick a wife, try to find one with tender feelings.

We are raising women who, after being kicked around on the career path and suffering several bad “relationships,” have become hard as quartz and tough as leather, with little heart left.

Obstacle for women?? Half the babies being dismembered ARE WOMEN!

This judge has the logic of a supreme court justice.

American women have killed more than 50 million of their own children since 1973.

Yet these same women are free to exercise all the rights of citizenship denied to convicted murderers. Roe v. Wade is pure evil.

There us now NO reason to respect our legal system.

This judge should be worrying about his house at night.

And in the morning.

And the afternoon.

How much do we put up with before we say “enough”?
