Via three decisions last week, Scotus repealed free government.

Future elections can only serve to condone tyranny.

The Constitution says whatever the Hell 5 out of 9 Supreme Court Justices say it says. Of course, that means that if you replace 1 or 2 Justices, a different 5 Justice majority can just as easily decide that the Constitution says the complete opposite.

Absent an armed revolt (which I am NOT advocating for any Obama Justice Department Officials who are monitoring this thread), then the only option for fixing the Constitution is to elect a CONSERVATIVE President who will appoint CONSERVATIVE Justices.

But what about a Constitutional Amendment, you may ask? Anyone else remember the Equal Rights Amendment? The Liberals did everything they could to pass the ERA and failed. So the Supreme Court just pretended the ERA had passed and read it into the emanations and penumbra of the Constitution.

Even if we manage to pass Constitutional Amendments expressly limiting the authority of the Supreme Court they will just "interpret" no to mean yes and continue doing whatever they want to do anyway. The only way to fix the Court is to make sure there are a clear majority of CONSERVATIVE Justices on the Court.

The problem with appointing CONSERVATIVE Justices is that historically Republican Presidents have done a crappy job of it, batting no better than 50%. Reagan gave us Scalia and Kennedy. Bush Sr. gave us Thomas and Souter. Bush Jr. gave us Roberts and Alito.

Democrats, on the other hand, have done a remarkably consistent job of appointing ideologically pure and reliable far left wing activist Justices.
