Great if it could happen.

Maybe the same only other peaceful way to roll back this agenda is to get an Article V convention convened and amendments passed that roll back what is happening now. Article V would be the only alternative should the rats regain control of the Senate in 2016.

Probably the only possible ways to roll back Obama and the court’s radical agenda short of violence/civil war.

Sorry but article five is NO alternative. Amending the constitution is pointless when you have a supreme court that rewrites the law as it pleases. If our government followed the existing constitution there would be little need for amendments and there is no reason to believe they will follow an amended constitution any more than they follow the existing one. Many and I would probably argue most of the amendments that have been passed already were mistakes. If the tenth amendment of the bill of rights had been followed much of what we are concerned about would never have happened. You cannot solve the problem of lawbreaking by passing more and different laws, the greatest lawbreaker now is OUR OWN GOVERNMENT. As long as we have judges who follow the “living, breathing document” line of thinking it matters not at all what the constitution says. What that phrase really means is that the constitution that exists or an amended one means only what the judges wish it to mean. We need at least three more like Scalia or Thomas on the court before the constitution has any meaning again.
