What, specifically, from Jesus are you referring to? (Kinda hard for him to have known during his time the ultimate compilation of the Old Testament.)

Since He is The Word, he probably knew both Old and New Testament Canon.

Do you mean New Testament? The Old Testament was already complete long before Christ taught from it. In more than one statement He listed the components of the scriptures that had been written to date. (Note the term “all the Scriptures”.)

Luke 24:25-27, 44-45
Then He said to them, “O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His glory?” And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.
Then He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.” And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.

Moses, Prophets, and Psalms were the general divisions of Old Testament Scriptures used at that time. The disciples knew exactly what He meant by these terms. And we know today.

Further, regarding homosexual sex, this is just one act that falls into the category of fornication which Christ spoke against frequently. Marriage cannot be based on a relationship that is in essence fornication, such as sodomy, so Christ listed fornication as the sole grounds for divorce. Christ also spoke of the destruction of Sodom as a literal event which He said would be characteristic of the time in which He will return and for the same reasons.

Matthew 19:9
And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for fornication, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery.

Luke 17:28-29
Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.

Other than the "small" fact the Jesus is God, He is omniscient and He is the Word, consider the strictly human, temporal aspects of your statement.

"The discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls (DSS) at Qumran in 1949 had significant effects in corroborating evidence for the Scriptures. The ancient texts, found hidden in pots in cliff-top caves by a monastic religious community, confirm the reliability of the Old Testament text. These texts, which were copied and studied by the Essenes, include one complete Old Testament book (Isaiah) and thousands of fragments, representing every Old Testament book except Esther. The manuscripts date from the third century B.C. to the first century A.D. "
