It’s not what you know, but who you know . . . or, in this case, who you were born to.
She gives me the creeps.
Keen intellectual acumen- wow-she could have just put her name on it and spared us all the BS
Web Hubble is proud.
Nearly all these positions have been no-show jobs. She basically is getting a pay check so the company can “use” her name. But as she said previously, she no longer feels she needs to work for money.
Rarely has anyone received so much for doing so little.
I learned all I want to know about Chesley by watching her parents.
Her only “qualifications” are that she’s the daughter of the former first disfunctional couple.
I have a dinky little administrative position that I KNOW she couldn’t do if her life depended on it.
What sin did we commit to have the Clinton curse for these many years ?
In other words she launders money through no show jobs on various boards that do and accomplish nothing.
...Nearly all these positions have been no-show jobs...
Daddy said he spends at least 2 hours a day working for the Clinton Foundation. Probably checking for new interns.
Chelsea and hubby Marc Mezvinsky's $10 million condo w/ pricey furnishings, and monthly upkeep in the stratosphere. Mark runs a (cough) faltering hedge fund.
================================================
Chelsea Clinton and her husband, attempted to muscle in on potential profits----they asked for an equity stake in Teneo when BC Partners were looking to buy. (and Bill Clinton was making a bundle). But Teneo's Doug Band refused, seeing too much of a potential conflict in doing business with the daughter of the secretary of state.
In 2008, Band told restaurant owner Nino Selimaj to take down Chelseas photo from the wall of Osso Buco saying the former first daughter was not a public figure, according to New York magazine.
Bill Clintons tenure at Teneo was also short-lived. The Post reported in December 2011 that Teneo had been advising MF Global, the doomed international brokerage firm headed by former New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine. The firm paid Teneo an eye-popping $125,000 a month as it was imploding and losing millions for its investors.
Huma Abedin was also "consulting" Teneo---at the same tine she worked for Hillary at State.
Although Bill Clintons office insisted the former president was not profiting from the MF Global arrangement, Hillary Clinton was said to be furious over the controversy. By February 2012, Clinton stepped down from Teneo. (hat tip NY Post)
ROTFLMAO!
Hillary made great friends while in the US Senate (/snix).
Then-US Sen Clinton and then-US Sen Corzine.
EXHIBIT ONE Corzine was fresh out of Goldman Sachs executive suite, buying his NJ Senate seat office for $65 million; then buying the NJ governorship. Out of office, he ran a hedge fund where $1.5 B went missing....its advisor Teneo was connected to both Bill Clinton and then-Secy of State Hillary's top aide Huma Abedin.
EXHIBIT TWO When Chelsea Clinton's husband started a hedge fund, he gained access to investors who had ties to the Clintons and to Goldman Sachs. Back in 2011, Mezvinsky, now 37, and two former Goldman Sachs'ers Bennett Grau and Mark Mallon began raising money for Mezvinsky's Eaglevale Partners LP hedge fund.
Some of Mezvinsky's investors included Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein. Blankfein, a slavish Democrat supporter, said he had "always been a fan of Hillary Clinton."
The WSJ reported extensively on the hedge fund's underperformance since its inception and Mezvinsky's mediocre investing and strategizing.
intelligent ? she has to be told every other day that white stuff in her face is teeth
My first job was cleaning out and servicing stalls at a stable.
I wonder how Chelsea would do with a wheelbarrow full of horse crap and a shovel, while dodging bites and kicks from tempermental thoroughbreds?
Or, for that matter, at any real job that actually requires work?
Sounds like Presidential material to me.
