While your attitude is sensible and solidly conservative, I find Islam to be an exception to the rule. Not that individual Muslims cannot be judged favorably on their individual merit, but the religion itself is totalitarian and brutally so.
Yes, I would leave islam out of my comments, lol! I was basically referring to freepers who seem mostly to be Protestants, Catholics and Jews.

He is not LCMS. Apparently he was educated at a non-Lutheran seminary and is part of a very fringe group that calls themselves Lutheran, specifically LMS-USA. My quick internet review suggest this group has at most three small congregations. Other than as click bait — it worked from me — I do not know why this person is covered. I hope it was not to create divisions.
That is evident in numerous ways. The church in San Antonio that he (supposedly) pastors is listed on the LCMS roster, however. Since the LCMS generally doesn't suffer fools well, I am sure he is on the synod radar.

And yet Catholics have had their fair share of anti-semites as well. Look up Johann Eck. German Catholic theologian, staunch opponent of Luther and the Reformation, and a pretty big anti-Semite himself.
