Wasn’t it last year some female mayor in Texas was demanding a transcripts of sermons from local Preachers? I’m afraid there is more of that to come.

I had this thought a number of years ago, as you probably did too.

I didn't look at the Common law states but I would venture that they include the most liberal among US.

This will be a big pain for the courts but a boon for the Lawyers.
